Care instructions

Keeping your bags clean is simple. For daily use, simply turn them inside out and wash them under tap water with dish soap. They will dry quickly in the open air and ready to be used again. For heavier washings, they can also be put in the washing machine, in cold or hot water. Turn them completely inside-out for best results. Air dry or tumble dry in the dryer. YES! You read that right, they go in the washer and dryer without a problem. To keep your bags longer, we DO NOT recommend putting them in the dishwasher.

Why use reusable bags?

TO REDUCE SINGLE-USE PLASTIC AND MAKE AN ECO-RESPONSIBLE GESTURE :) Our reusable bags are durable. You can use them hundreds of times thus avoiding producing waste with each use. The bags are useful for transporting food during walks, on transport, at the office or at school.

Are our reusable bags waterproof ?

YES ! All our bags are waterproof. They are made up of only one layer of fabric (our RecyPUL ™). You can put food or wet objects in it (example: sliced cucumbers, wet washcloths, etc.).

What is the lifespan of a reusable bag?

LONG TIME ! It all depends on how you use it, but you can reuse your washable bags hundreds of times! We have had bags in use for years and they have not changed color, shape, or efficiency.

Do all of our reusable bags go in the fridge and freezer?

ABSOLUTELY! Our bags are very practical for storing food with already open packaging (cheese brick, raw vegetables, etc.). You can also use them in the freezer. We recommend short-term freezing, 1 to 3 months. Our extra large bags are perfect for freezing pre-frozen muffins, pies, pâtés, vegetables or berries.

What is RecyPUL™ and where are the reusable bags of Demain Demain made??

RECYPUL™ is a trademark of Demain Demain. Our exclusive textile is woven in Montreal with fiber from recycled water bottles. It is thicker than the standard PUL (Laminated PolyUrethane) sold in general stores. We thus ensure maximum durability and performance of all our products. All made Canada ! We are proud to say that Demain Demain contributes to the development of a local, respectful and sustainable economy. Our textile is woven in Montreal. The zippers and small labels affixed to the bags are also made in Quebec. The team of employees of Demain Demain (graphics, coordinator, delivery, accounting, sewers) works from the workshop-boutique in Old Saint-Eustache.

Is RecyPUL™ safe for food use?

YES. All our fabrics are certified for food use. They are guaranteed free of BPA, PVC and lead. Our labotary tests were carried out in Quebec. So there is nothing to worry about the food coming into contact with our food.
